How to order your custom wood sign

Share the idea, even if it is still taking shape.

The quote form walks through three parts: your idea and wording, a starting size and finish, then contact details and review. A rough idea is welcome. If dimensions are uncertain, choose Custom size / help me choose and leave the optional dimensions blank.

Your name, cell phone number, and email are required. Nate follows up by text; your email is used for your quote and invoice. Check both before sending so he can reach you.

Mention any reference photos, sketch, or logo in the idea field. Nate can collect those during follow-up. You can send the request without a digital preview or payment. The design guide helps you decide what to include.

Keep your confirmation.

After a successful submission, the page says “Your quote request is in.” Save the reference or private request link shown there.

For a custom-size request, save the displayed reference; its confirmation details stay in that browser tab. When a private request link is provided, keep it private—anyone with the link can view your request.

The confirmation means your request has been saved. The design, final price, and delivery date still need to be agreed with Nate.

Review the design and final quote.

Nate reviews your idea and gets in touch about the details. Use the design review to check what matters to you:

• Names, spelling, dates, punctuation, and wording.
• The final dimensions, shape, and main artwork.
• The finish direction and any custom paint colors.
• The final price, including shipping and any extras.
• Any timing you need Nate to confirm.

The website’s starting prices are base sign prices. Shipping, custom paintwork, and design extras are confirmed in your personal quote. If you have a budget, say whether it needs to include shipping.

Approve, pay, then carving begins.

Nate confirms your mockup and final price before full payment. Carving starts after design approval and full payment. Sending the initial quote request is free and does not take payment.

After approval and payment, Nate carves, finishes, and prepares your sign for shipping.

Discuss shipping and dates before you order.

Nate ships across the United States. Share the destination city and state and any gift or event date in your request. If you are ordering for someone else, mention that so the delivery details can be discussed.

Timing depends on the design and current workshop schedule. Ask Nate what is possible before paying, especially if the sign needs to arrive for a particular occasion. Shipping costs are confirmed in the final quote.
